The clever fellows who brought you Goats on the Roof had to come up with a ride that was ‘Goat Approved.’ Since the ride would carry the illustrious Goats name, they created an exciting journey through the Tennessee hills, on a sled that can hit speeds up to 30 miles per hour! The sled rides safely on steel rails. For even more fun, you can let ‘er rip for a 7-minute adrenaline rush. You can also use the hand brakes to enjoy a fun ride through the curves and down the straight-a-ways of the Goat track. This Goat track is carved into the hills on Wears Valley Road, just off the Parkway.
You can ride alone or ride tandem and the ride can be fun for kids, family, friends, and even grandparents. The Coaster at Goats on the Roof is open all year so climb aboard summer, winter, fall, or spring. Just dress accordingly because you will feel the wind in your face as you cruise down the track.
