It doesn’t get better than old Smoky Distillery!

Ole Smoky Distillery distills and sells Ole Smoky Whiskey from their Barrelhouse location in downtown Gatlinburg, TN. This is Tennessee’s first legal moonshine company and expanding into whiskey is a natural addition for the company.

Ole smoky Whiskey is a re-branding and renovation of the Davy Crockett’s Tennessee Whiskey, a Gatlinburg based company. “We are honored that we are able to grow a business everyone in East Tennessee knows and loves”, said Joe Baker, founder of Ole Smoky Moonshine. “The whiskey is going to be a great addition to Ole Smoky’s collection of moonshines.”

The Barrelhouse location will allow visitors to see how whiskey is made and shop in the collection of retail merchandise. The whiskey flavors are Straight Tennessee Whiskey, Blended Whiskey, Salty Caramel Whiskey and Tennessee Mud. Ole Smoky uses a century old recipe, white oak barrels to age the product, locally grown grain yeast, water and a few other proprietary ingredients to brew their product. The final product is then hand-picked from the barrels based on taste and color. We ensure the highest quality of whiskey to be made available to the public.

Ole Smoky Whiskey is available at the Barrelhouse which is located on the Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg, close to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
